Treena Street Office Project

LOCATION
Treena Street Office Plaza, will be located in Scripps Ranch, in northeastern San Diego. This new building will stand prominently at the corner of Scripps Lake Drive and Treena Street.

DESCRIPTION
The two story office project will provide approximately 12,670 SF of new office space, and the development includes approximately 31,000 square feet of site area to support the new office. The Treena Street Office Plaza features dramatic angled geometry and a striking use of bold color. The design features a new 2,500 SF landscapedentry courtyard with eastern exposure serving as the front door to the new office suites.

AMENITIES
The amenities include new modern offices with abundant parking, elevator, new landscaping, site and accent lighting. Customized office suites will be available starting from 1,000 square feet. The development includes easy access to an adjacent day care center which will be convenient for employees with children.
