Mr. Cafagna has been a Real Estate professional since 1974. Throughout his career, Mr. Cafagna has directed the acquisition, development, financing and management of various residential and commercial projects. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and carries a B-1 General Contracting license. Mr. Cafagna is deeply involved in local politics. He became a member of the Poway City Council in 1992; and has served as Mayor of Poway since 1998. www.ci.poway.ca.us. Mr. Mandell began his practice in Real Estate transactional law in 1977, focusing on acquisition, development, finance and entitlements. In 1980, he formed the first of many partnerships to which he provided management expertise as a General Partner.
